1. Services Provided
Royal Dispatching and Logistics provides truck dispatch and logistics support services, including but not limited to:
Load searching and booking
Rate negotiation
Route planning
Broker communication
Administrative support for carriers and owner-operators
We act as a dispatch service only and are not a freight broker or motor carrier.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
All drivers, owner-operators, and carriers remain independent contractors.
We do not own or operate trucks
We do not assume liability for freight or equipment
Clients are responsible for maintaining proper licensing, insurance, and compliance
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain valid authority, insurance, and required permits
Communicate availability, preferences, and restrictions clearly
Honor all loads booked on your behalf
4. Payment Terms
Service fees will be outlined in your dispatch agreement or contract
Payments must be made according to agreed terms
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
5. Load Confirmation & Responsibility
Once a load is confirmed:
The carrier/driver is fully responsible for completing the load
Any cancellations, delays, or issues must be communicated immediately
The Company is not liable for load performance, damages, or penalties
6. Limitation of Liability
Royal Dispatching and Logistics is not responsible for:
Freight damage or loss
Delays, detention, or missed appointments
Broker or shipper disputes
Financial losses incurred during operations
All risks associated with transportation remain with the carrier.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if:
Terms are violated
Payment is not received
Misrepresentation or misconduct occurs
Clients may also terminate services according to the terms outlined in their contract.
8. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to interfere with website functionality
Use the site for unlawful purposes
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas.
